Gingerbread Men-Sarah Hancock
1 pkg. spice cake mix
½ cup flour
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup dark molasses
2 large eggs
Combine all ingredients. (If you measure the oil first, then use the same measuring cup for the molasses, it comes right out without sticking.) Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours. Roll dough to ¼ to ½ inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with a cookie cutter. Bake on un-greased cookie sheet at 350o for 6-10 minutes or until edges start to brown. Let cool and decorate.
